Resident Advocacy Program
The Aristocrat isn't just a place for people to live, it's a home for our residents. To provide the best possible home experience for our residents, the staff at The Aristocrat is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. In order to accomplish this all-important mission, it is necessary to identify and solve residents' concerns in a very timely manner.
Any resident who has a concern should contact any staff member, and has the right to expect the concern will be addressed immediately. Our staff will address every concern promptly; satisfactory resolution will be made within twenty-four hours.
In addition, a resident advocate employed by the owners of The Aristocrat will be in the facility at least once a week to visit with individual residents for the purpose of identifying concerns pertaining to care, treatment and service from The Aristocrat staff.
Residents who feel that their concerns have not been handled to their satisfaction can call the owners at the corporate office at (575) 521-3326. Prompt action will be taken.
