Marilyn Lumsdon, Director

Marilyn has been working in assisted living for more than eleven years, and is not only a licensed administrator in New Mexico, but has also received certification from Assisted Living Facility Administrators (ALFA) as a Lifetime Administrator. In addition, she is CPR- and First Aid-certified as well as medication assistance-approved by the state of New Mexico.

Marilyn’s philosophy is that The Aristocrat is the resident’s home and that their comfort, care and assistance in all areas is the most important focus for the entire staff. The family atmosphere and respect shown to all are primary factors in the Aristocrat being voted “The Best Assisted Living in Las Cruces”.

Lola Williams, Activity Director

With over twenty years of experience as a health care professional, Lola brings a diverse background of leadership skills, therapy assistance and certified nursing assistance skills to her role as Activity Director. Lola is well known for her perpetual smile, happy spirit and interpersonal skills, which serve her well in her career. She developed a restorative program for nursing homes in 1986 that is still in use today.

Beverly Evans, Director

Working in the health care industry over many years have given Beverly the experience needed to become a professional, knowledgable Director, a position she resumed in 2011. Beverly first started at the Aristocrat in 1997, and she has since completed several educational courses in assisted living and elderly care. She is currently a certified member of theNew Mexico Heath Care Association. Beverly’s love for those in need has been instrumental in her successful career in providing the best of care and service.

Lori Tillman, Activity Director

Lori was born and raised in Alamogordo and worked as a midwife in the area for 15 years. She also has many years of experience with the Boy and Girl scouts that serve her well when planning new and different activities and events for our residents. Lori’s goal with activities is that all of the residents will have meaningful days and excitement for upcoming events.

Luz Haro, Director

First joining the company in 1995, Luz worked her way up through the organization from her original position in housekeeping. She later became a nursing assistant before coming to The Adobe as a caregiver in 1999. Luz is a member of the New Mexico Health care Association and earned her Associates Degrees in General Studies and Science/Respiratory Studies, which has helped her better understand how to serve the needs of her residents, providing them the best treatment possible!

Jeanette Salazar, Activity Director

As the Activity Director, Jeanette brings a smile to the face of every resident at the Adobe. Jeanette is a Certified Nursing Assistant, and was originally a caregiver at the Adobe. She soon found that her attentive and loving care made her a natural to provide fun, engaging activities for the residents. She works to provide engaging activities for all the residents throughout every month, with many opportunities for socials, outings, games, music, and so much more!
